Revision Policy
At Penguin Publishers Center, we are committed to ensuring your complete satisfaction. Revisions are provided
based on the package you have selected. Clients may request unlimited free revisions at no additional cost,
provided the original content and concept remain unchanged.
Our standard revision turnaround time is 48 hours.
Fair Usage Policy
While we proudly offer unlimited revisions to guarantee the best results, this privilege applies to a maximum
of 30 revisions per project. Any revisions requested beyond this limit may incur additional charges.
Refund Policy / Money-Back Guarantee
Our Refund and Cancellation Policy is designed to protect both our clients and the company. The following
terms apply in the event of order cancellation unless Penguin Publishers Center terminates a contract for
reasons unrelated to breach or non-performance.
All refund requests will be fulfilled as per the following arrangement:
- Cancellation:
- A full refund (less 10% processing fee) is available if cancellation occurs within 24 hours of order
placement.
- This policy does not apply once initial content or designs have been delivered or if revisions have been
requested.
- Refunds due to a change of mind will not be accepted after the 24-hour period.
- Pre-delivery Refund: If you request a refund before receiving the initial content, you are eligible for a
full refund (less 10% service and processing fee).
- Post-delivery Refund:
- Within 48 hours of delivery: Eligible for a 66% refund (less 10% processing fee).
- Within 48–120 hours of delivery: Eligible for a 33% refund (less 10% processing fee).
- After 120 hours, refund requests will not be accepted. However, we encourage clients to contact us
with any concerns for further assistance.
- Order Inactivity: Refund requests are void if no action is taken on an order within 30 days of placement.
Reactivating a dormant order may require a reactivation fee, depending on project scope.
- Refund Reasons: All refund requests must include a valid reason aligned with the original content brief.
Refunds will only be granted if the delivered work deviates from the agreed concept. Otherwise, additional
revisions will be provided until satisfaction is achieved.
- Final Deliverables: No refunds will be processed once final files have been approved and delivered.
- Custom Packages: For custom bundles, refund eligibility applies to individual services only. For example,
if you approve a logo but not a book cover, only the book cover service qualifies for a refund.
- Good Faith: Our money-back guarantee assumes the order is placed in good faith. If a client orders the
same project from multiple agencies to seek refunds, Penguin Publishers Center reserves the right to decline
any refund request.
- Customer Feedback: Active client participation and timely feedback are essential to achieving desired
results. We rely on collaboration throughout the process to deliver the best outcomes.
- Unique Content Guarantee: We guarantee 100% original content. If a design or concept is found to be
substantially similar to an existing one, we will provide a redraw. However, any resemblance is purely
coincidental, and the client is responsible for securing copyright protection for their final work.
Specific Service Refund Policies
- Audiobook Publishing: Refunds not permitted after production begins (e.g., narration, editing, mastering).
- Book Publishing: Refunds are not available once formatting or upload to publishing platforms has started.
- Book Writing: No refunds after the initial draft has been delivered.
- Book Editing: No refunds after editing work has begun.
- Logo Design: No refunds after the final design has been approved.
- Website Design & Development: No refunds after the website has been launched or development is complete.
All refund requests should be communicated to the support department. Penguin Publishers Center, based on the
violation of your user agreement reserves the right to approve/disapprove your request on an individual
case-to-case basis.
How to Claim Your Refund
To initiate a refund request, please follow these steps:
Claim your refund specifying your concern by contacting us via any of the following two modes:
- Contact our support team via Live Chat or email at info@penguinpublisherscenter.com.
- Clearly state your concern and reason for the refund.
- Our team will first attempt to resolve your issue through our Revision Policy. If unresolved, a refund
request will be reviewed and approved by our Refund Department.
- Upon refund approval, all rights to the content revert to Penguin Publishers Center. You will no longer
have any ownership, display, or usage rights to the content, media, or designs created under your project.
Copyright & Ownership
Once a refund is processed, Penguin Publishers Center reserves full rights to the refunded content. In collaboration with Government Copyright Agencies, we may file a copyright acquisition for the refunded work to prevent unauthorized reuse.
